What Are Your Hours?
Our store is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 9am until 5:00pm. Saturdays and late night Thursdays are by appointment only. We are closed on Sundays.
Do I Need To Make An Appointment and What Does It Involve?
We are by appointment only and our consultations last an hour and a half. Our trained consultants work with you to find the gown that is both perfect for your body shape, your personality and your location. We will work with you in the fitting room to help you put the gowns on and also accessorise them for you to ensure you get the complete picture.Please don’t to hesitate to phone or email us to make an appointment whenever you are ready to begin….
How Much Is A Consultation?
Our Consultation Fee is $40, which is fully redeemable on to a gown should you choose to purchase with us. This is paid on your first visit and then waived for any other consultations that you may require.
What If My Gown Needs Alterations?
We have a seamstress on site who we highly recommend and refer all of our brides to. The costs are $50 per hour (GST Inclusive) and alteration quality is 100% guaranteed.
I Like A Gown Off Your Designer Website – Can You Get It In?
Yes, as we are exclusive stockists we can order any gown. We don’t necessarily have a sample (we would love to have them all!) but we can get you the gown on your behalf. Often we have something similar so you can try it to know if it really is “the one”.
Do We Allow Photographs?
After considering the pros and cons of this, we have decided that it is worthwhile for you to have photographs of yourself in the gowns for future reference. We’re more than happy to help you take photos as we know the particular areas of our shop that can offer the best angles.
